Service overview
- CallKernel provides software for AI voice agents, inbound call handling, outbound campaign operations, call logs, appointment booking, restaurant reservations, Google Calendar integration, billing workflows, and related telephony integrations.
- Some features depend on third-party services such as telephony carriers, Asterisk or SIP infrastructure, OpenAI or other AI providers, Google Calendar, Stripe, hosting providers, and email services.
Accounts and access
- You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must provide accurate account, billing, business, and contact information and keep it updated.
- If you invite workers or staff to use CallKernel, you are responsible for managing their access and ensuring they are authorized to view or modify account data.
Customer responsibilities
- You are responsible for the business information, scripts, knowledge base content, contacts, call lists, prompts, calendar details, and instructions you enter into CallKernel.
- You must have the necessary rights, permissions, and legal basis to upload contacts, place calls, send messages, record calls, process personal information, connect calendars, and use the service in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for complying with applicable calling, consent, recording, telemarketing, privacy, consumer-protection, healthcare, financial, industry, and data-protection laws.

- You may not use CallKernel to send spam, violate do-not-call rules, impersonate others, misrepresent caller identity, collect sensitive data without proper authority, or bypass security controls.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, resell, or misuse the service except as allowed by a written agreement.
AI voice agents and outputs
- AI-generated responses may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are responsible for configuring scripts, knowledge, guardrails, integrations, human handoff rules, and review processes appropriate for your business.
- CallKernel should not be used as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, emergency, or safety advice.
- You should monitor call outcomes, transcripts, logs, and booking records to confirm the system is operating as expected.
Google Calendar integration

- When connected, CallKernel may read availability and create, update, or cancel events only to provide appointment or reservation workflows selected by the user.
- You are responsible for ensuring that calendar data entered into CallKernel or synced to Google Calendar is accurate and that you have permission to process it.
- Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's own terms and policies.
Billing and subscriptions
- Paid usage, subscriptions, invoices, credits, prepaid balances, metered usage, taxes, and payment terms may be governed by an order form, dashboard billing settings, or a separate written agreement.
- Service access may be limited, suspended, or blocked if required invoices are unpaid, usage caps are exceeded, or account activity violates these Terms.
Availability and third-party services
- We work to keep CallKernel reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Service availability may be affected by telephony networks, carrier routing, Asterisk or SIP configuration, AI providers, Google Calendar, payment processors, hosting providers, customer network conditions, or maintenance.
Data and privacy
- Our handling of personal information is described in the CallKernel Privacy Policy.
- You retain responsibility for the data you submit to the service. You grant CallKernel the rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, and use that data to provide and secure the service.
Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or terminate access if an account violates these Terms, creates security or legal risk, causes service abuse, has unpaid invoices, or uses the platform in a way that may harm CallKernel, users, recipients, or third parties.
- You may stop using the service at any time. Some data may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy or as required for legal, billing, audit, security, or compliance reasons.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallKernel is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, carrier failures, missed calls, missed bookings, or AI output errors.
Changes to these Terms
- We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date above shows when this page was last updated. Continued use of CallKernel after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
